Cookies Policy

We use cookies to improve efficiency and to offer Users of the www.aniaschmidt.com website (hereinafter: the “Website”) increasingly refined features and content tailored to the User. To ensure transparency, this Cookies Policy sets out detailed rules for how the Website uses cookies.

Data collected via cookies are gathered by Already Now Sp. z o.o., address: Rondo ONZ 1, 00-124 Warsaw, Poland, tax ID (NIP): 7792567512. If any information contained in cookies is considered personal data, Already Now Sp. z o.o. shall be deemed the Data Controller, and the User shall enjoy all rights set out in the Privacy Policy.

A User is any person whose data are processed who uses our Website and other related sites, communications, and services (hereinafter: the “User”).

COOKIES

Cookies are text files that correspond to HTTP requests sent to our server. These files are saved by every browser used by the User to visit our Website. Thanks to the information stored in cookies, we know how Users interact with our Website. Cookies help us provide optimal service during a User’s visit and enable faster and easier access to information, as well as allow us to offer increasingly refined features and more personalized content. Storing or accessing information does not change the configuration of the User’s device or the software installed on it. Information contained in cookies is considered personal data only when combined with other personal data available about a given User. Through cookies, we seek to collect only anonymous data to improve user experience and minimize advertising nuisance.

TYPES AND PURPOSES OF COOKIES USED

We use cookies and similar technologies to recognize Users during their visits to our Website, remember their preferences, and display relevant, personalized content. Cookies make Users’ interactions with us faster and more effective. They also allow us to present tailored content without conducting surveys.

The Website uses two types of cookies:

  • Session cookies – temporary files that remain on the User’s device until they leave the Website or close the web browser. In such cases, information saved in session cookies is automatically deleted.

  • Persistent cookies – files that remain on the User’s device for the period specified in the cookie parameters or until they are manually deleted.

Within the Website, we also use other available technologies that allow information to be stored in the browser in appropriate data stores (Session Storage, Local Storage). In addition, fragments of code for analytics tools provided by other vendors may be placed, which enable cookies to be stored in the domains of those services.

Below are the categories of cookies used on our Website:

Technical cookies

These are necessary for the Website to function properly. They relate to the functionality of our sites and allow us to improve the services we offer via our sites—for example, by enabling information to be carried across pages to avoid re-entering data, or by recognizing the User’s preferences upon returning to the Website. We use them to:

  • ensure security;

  • maintain a session when the User visits and logs in to their customer account;

  • ensure proper display of the site depending on the User’s device;

  • tailor our services to the User’s choices;

  • remember whether the User consents to the display of certain content.

Analytics cookies

These allow us to recognize and count the number of Users visiting our Website, see how visitors navigate the Website, and record which content they view and are interested in. This helps us determine how often pages and ads are visited and which areas are most popular. It enables us to improve the services offered so Users can find the information they are looking for. They are also necessary to settle accounts with our Trusted Partners, and to measure the effectiveness of our marketing activities without identifying personal data. We use them to:

  • analyze site traffic statistics and check traffic sources (referrals);

  • detect various types of abuse, e.g., artificial traffic (bots), DDoS attacks;

  • limit unwanted marketing activities;

  • measure the effectiveness of marketing actions conducted for the Website, e.g., in the Google advertising network, partner programs, and on external websites;

  • settle accounts with Trusted Partners for advertising services based on user activity, e.g., clicks.

Marketing cookies

These are used when the User has given consent and only when the functionalities and forms of advertising used by our Website require it. We use them to:

  • display ads that are relevant and interesting to a particular user. This includes profiling ads shown both on external websites and on our Website, according to users’ product preferences, based on data held by the Website, including users’ behavior on the Website.

When entering the Website, the User may refuse the use of analytics and marketing cookies. In that case, we will not be able to conduct detailed statistics or tailor our advertising based on information collected on our Website. However, general advertising will still be displayed both on the Website and on other websites.

For ad delivery on the Internet, and for other tools such as Google reCAPTCHA (anti-spam protection), we use technologies provided by Google and Meta (Facebook). Therefore, please consider whether you consent to the use of these tools, including ad profiling on the Internet and on Facebook. You can check and manage your privacy and security settings in your Google account via g.co/privacytools. More information about Google’s privacy policy, technologies used by Google, and terms of service can be found at https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=en#infochoices. Information about Meta’s (Facebook’s) privacy practices and privacy settings is available at https://www.facebook.com/privacy/explanation/.

More detailed information about the cookies we use, retention periods, and the current list of external companies whose services we use or whose technologies we place on our Website can be found in the Cookies Table.

DISABLING COOKIES

Web browsers by default allow cookies to be stored. If the User does not wish to receive cookies, they can change the settings of the browser on the computer or other device used to access our Website. Continued use of our Website without changing settings means that the User agrees to receive technical cookies on our Website, which—as indicated—are necessary for the proper functioning of the Website.

Most web browsers include a feature that allows the User to view and delete cookies, including cookies on our Website. However, please note that if the Website cannot save or read cookies, full and correct use of our Website may not be possible.
