This is not open-ended coaching. It is a structured design and implementation process, guided by a work psychologist with nearly three decades of career transition experience.

It is a guided process. You work through structured material, but the transformation happens through live sessions, masterminds, accountability, community and implementation.

Yes. The process is designed for experienced professionals who are still employed and want to build options without destabilising what already works.

Yes. You do not need to arrive with a fully formed idea. The programme helps you identify which directions are credible, realistic and worth testing.

No. Many participants start without a specific idea and just with an intuition that they’re capable of more. Steps 1-3 of the programme help you to discover what your idea is. 

3-4 hours. The programme is designed for people with full-time jobs and other commitments. 

Because this isn’t a course you “work through alone.” You have weekly Q&As, monthly check-ins with me, masterminds, and a community. It is a structure that won’t let you stall.
