I don’t write CVs or search for job offers. I guide people from the mindset of “one job, one role, one company” toward building their own professional options, income streams, and greater sense of agency.
I combine multiple approaches, from work psychology, design thinking, through Idea Park M™ and real market insight. I help identify, test and implement income paths that often emerge naturally from someone’s experience, strengths and personality - yet remain invisible for years.
