The programme takes you through discovery, validation, and preparation for implementation. The hands-on launch (website, company registration, ads) is your responsibility. But you’re not alone. We bring in specialists who show you how to do it.
You can tell them. In fact, you probably should. We don’t teach people to do anything behind their employer’s back. Everything is transparent and compliant. We explain the legal rules and ethical considerations involved, so you understand what is allowed and what isn’t. Many employers value people who develop themselves. And if yours doesn’t, that’s all the more reason you need additional options.

Yes. Portfolio Career Design™ is industry-agnostic. It’s worked for lawyers, COOs, consulting managers, HR specialists, engineers, and marketers. I don’t teach you a specific business. I teach you the process of discovering and testing your ideas, regardless of where you’re coming from.
You can complete the core of the programme in as little as 90 days, but most participants take 3–6 months depending on pace and their situation. You have full access to the platform, Q&A sessions, masterminds, and community for 12 months. I’m there to make sure you don’t stall. The check-ins, sessions, and masterminds are all designed to keep you moving forward, not postponing.
